Description
The book shows the career and the collection of works of the NONOS-Welte sisters as well as the spectrum of our artistic work. It tells the story of our lives and the development of our artistic careers. As Welte sisters, we are both internationally known and successful as NONOS with our unmistakable style. In addition to our sculptures and abstract wall objects, as sisters we also create paintings using a wide variety of techniques. Our artistic repertoire specializes in materials such as carbon and fibreglass as well as bronze. The term NONOS was initially used for the sculptures, but over time it was adopted for the entire body of work and now also serves as our artist name.
